August 2, 2017
In this episode of Keep Moving Forward, I interview former Rutgers University tennis player, podcaster, entrepreneur, and chiropractor, Dr. Adam Shafran.
“That’s what sport teaches you...to persevere; you always have an opportunity to reinvent yourself.” From transitions within the sporting world itself to transitions in his professional life beyond his athletic career, Dr. Adam Shafran used what tennis taught him to continuously reinvent himself in order to adapt to every opportunity presented to him. Adam eloquently states that “there are so many opportunities that are out there if you look at your world from a different prism”, and he is living proof of that undeniable fact. Viewing his world from the lens of seizing every possibility no matter the season of life that he was in, Adam found himself on the successful professional career path that he is forging down today.
Adam has some incredible insight on how to best deal with life after your sport, so tune in with us as Dr. Adam Shafran reveals to you the importance of looking outside of your own little box in order to gain the right perspective.
